Expresso cup of Cream of artichoke & black truffle oil soup with chive crème fraiche

Intermediate 

Seared fillet of salmon with langoustine ravioli & seafood essence

Agnolotti of goats cheese & tomato essence and fruits of the forrest

 

 Main Course

Roast breast of corn fed chicken served with haggis stuffed slow cooked thigh meat crisp potato cake, braised greens & a light pepper corn cream

Pan fried salmon with lemon grass sauce, sweet chilli squid and gingered greens

(vegetarian butternut squash, roast beetroot & puy lentil wellington with vegetarian gravy, root vegetables and crisp potato cake)
